PROJECT STUDIES: IMPACT ASSESSMENT STUDIES
Once a given location is selected, we validate the compatibility of the project with its overall environment by the means of impact assessment studies. Our mission is to check whether the project complies with both the building licence and the regulations.
With more than 100 references in impact assessment studies, we take part to the project as a real partner within a multidisciplinary team, working altogether in order to reach the final project validation.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
In accordance with the applicable regulations, we set up noise maps, and make calculation and/or noise measurement surveys so as to check the actual compliance of the site with the corresponding regulations. If necessary, we propose relevant adaptations in order to bring the site to conformity.
